Space Planning & Layout Services
20-30 hours
Develop 2D layout options to optimize space utilization and incorporate
concepts as discussed at the initial meeting.
Present 2D layout options & conduct a review to determine next steps followed
by obtaining approval to proceed to the next phase.

Revise the 2D plan based on feedback from the review meeting and updated customer requirements.

Customer approves and signs off on the 2D plan, authorizing progression to the
next step.

Receive a 25% installment as part of the agreed payment schedule.
3D Renderings & Visual Presentation

3D renderings are provided based upon the materials and fixtures selected forvisual representation.

Revisions are made as needed based on feedback and collaboration

Material & Fixture Selections

Once layout options are agreed upon a collaboration meeting is set to select finishes, tiles, cabinetry, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, mirrors &accessories.

Construction Documentation & Specifications

Develop detailed floor plans, elevations & material specifications.
Provide fixture & finish schedules for contractors.

Project Coordination & Vendor Liaison

Material sourcing & procurement.
